Full stack developer

Full time/Contract | Remote

Opus Logica, a venture technology company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Developer with Team Lead Experience to join our team. This role requires a strong technical foundation in full-stack development, paired with leadership and management skills to drive project success and lead other developers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, identify next steps, and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Take ownership of projects, from learning existing codebases to designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills:

  • Expertise in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing development teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Background in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
